If you are trying to mould and adapt your message so everyone understands it.
If you are trying to serve and please everyone with what you offer - both of these are traps that we, in the past, have fallen into as well.
But through that we have learned a lot!
You can’t please all the people all of the time, so stop trying to! And why would you want to?
We know that what we do is so unique.
It is different
And I guess at first we wanted people to understand how unique it was.
We wanted everyone to feel the benefits of it, but in that wanting we squished ourselves down, adapted the things we wanted to put out, and played a smaller game.
It didn’t serve us.
Lately, we’ve been learning a similar lesson with all the gurus, all the ‘do it my wayer' experts who love to portray that their process and their method is THE ONE that will give us the answers.
That their program, service, blueprint is the one that will bring us the success we desire.
But guess what...
That didn’t work either.
Why?
Because we stopped trusting ourselves and started believing that we had to things a certain way to achieve success in the business world.
We began to believe that everyone else must have the answers because they have the success - look at them living their dream life.
But all it did was add a layer of falseness, over the unique service, business, gifts, things that we bring to the world.
The solution?
Playing it our way!!!!
Funny that that’s the tag line of our business!
Once we began to truly play our business our way, business became fun again.
That was when the feelings we began the business with to feel started to return.
That was when the success in the delivery of our message just happened.
Obvious really!
But there’s SO MUCH out there.
So many noises distracting people’s attention.
SO many people pledging their ‘6 steps to a 6 figure business’ from such a place of perceived authority or influence, that micro business owners who don’t quite have the 6 figure success yet, begin to listen to those who do.
Rather than listening to who?
THEMSELVES.
